We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all sharpening services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 30 days for a complimentary re-sharpening.

5. Liability

While we take utmost care with all items, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items that break during the sharpening process due to their condition. Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid.
